The warriors must find the two remaining members of their group, but trouble finds them first. The bounty hunters have returned. They will hunt Ava until the job is finished, regardless of how many they must kill in the process. But they aren’t the only ones out for blood. A mysterious assassin is on their trail, and he means to win. Will the warriors reach their destination before death takes its toll?
The idea of the warriors is too much for Flynn. An ancient prophecy from a god he doesn’t believe in? No. He’ll make his own destiny. All he wants is to go home, but fate is not so easily swayed. When an accident leaves him trapped, Flynn is forced to face a battle within his very soul. Will he find the faith needed to fulfill his destiny, or will he run to his own destruction?

The warriors continue their trek to fulfill prophecy, but their path leads through the heart of the Range of Loss, the deadliest area in all of Artasia. While King Norik of Norgrom swells the army and rebels rise, Cass and Ben take refuge in Artasia. When the runaways discover a secret hidden for ages beneath Dailain, they find themselves entangled in a mystery they may not survive.
As prophecy comes closer to fulfillment, darkness grows stronger. With one warrior left to find and a deadly path ahead, will the warriors reach the kingdom in time? Or will loss take them all?
